What happens if my Casta del Sol home doesn’t sell in the allotted time?
The answer to this question will be spelled out in the listing agreement expiration clause in the listing agreement. Make sure your agent goes over every part of it with you. Be sure to find out whether your contract to sell your Casta del Sol home contains a “liquidated damages” clause. These are designed to specify a dollar amount you would be liable for should you decide to take your Casta del Sol house off the market before the expiration date of the agreement.
